Chinese Ministry of Public Security: Letter of Appreciation Highlighting Effectiveness of Falun Gong’s Healing

The Ministry of Public Security, People’s Republic of China:

A letter of Appreciation to the China Qigong Science Research Society

To Mr. ZHANG Zhenhuan, chairman of the China Qigong Science Research Society (CQSRS):

The third National Conference of Recognizing Heroes in Justice and Courage, jointly hosted by the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Ministry of Public Security, has recently and successfully concluded. Some conference attendees, who were injured and disabled when bravely fighting against crimes, still had various symptoms, even after regular medical treatments. To alleviate their pains, China Foundation for Justice and Courage has extended the invitation to your organization to invite Mr. LI Hongzhi, founder of Falun Gong, to provide Qigong treatment to these heroes of justice and courage during the conference. This request was immediately and strongly supported by chief secretary ZHANG Jian, deputy secretary GUAN Qian, and director FEI Dequan.

On August 24, 1993, Mr. Li came to the Ministry of Public Security to provide treatment for Minister WANG Fang.  On August 30, Mr. Li led a group of Falun Gong practitioners to provide treatment for nearly 100 conference attendees. The powerful effect of such treatment sessions was highly praised. Among those who received treatments, some had long-term health complications caused by stab wounds or gunshot injuries. After receiving treatments, symptoms including pain, numbness and tiredness disappeared. Some who had complications of traumatic brain injuries, after treatments, felt clear minded. Previous symptoms, such as headache and dizziness, disappeared. Some witnessed their tumors disappearing after receiving treatments; some had gallstones expelled within 24 hours after the treatment; some who had stomach diseases, heart diseases, or joint diseases, felt their symptoms being removed on site right after treatments. Among these nearly 100 patients, except for one who had a minor disease and didn’t feel obvious effect, all others felt dramatic treatment effects in various degrees. These conference attendees who received Falun Gong treatment were very grateful for this arrangement by China Foundation for Justice and Courage. They said this was a real good deed for those who fought against crimes bravely and upheld justice. It is the leadership of China Qigong Science Research Association and Mr. LI Hongzhi that have done this good deed, which greatly supports the encouragement of valuing justice and courage in the general public. Therefore, we are extremely grateful to the CQSRS leadership and Mr. Li Hongzhi.
